Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Most likely you cannot.  If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the change(s) you request.   If the order has been charged,  we can cancel it so you may place a new order.

What is the return process?

Please email your return request to yourbff@beautyfluff.com, we will issue a ticket number to your return.  Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund back to your credit cards within 3- 5 business days.

How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. For free shipping, it normally takes 5-7 business days.  You will be notified via email once the order is shipped. For all back-ordered products, we will contact you via email for delays or exchange options. 

How are products delivered to me?

All orders are shipped via either USPS or Fedex.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All merchandise purchased from BeautyFluff * may be returned or exchanged with a valid sales receipt by e-mail within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* NO RETURNS on used cosmetic/personal care/skin care products due to personal  hygienic reasons,  these products are personal care items, and should be used by one individual only. NO RETURNS on any holiday/seasonal products.

Exchanges: Customer can only exchange products if the product is new and sealed/or defective. The exchange or refund will be issued based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt), except for shipping and handling fees. No exchanges or refunds will be given on open box items.

All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the return item(s). Any packages are returned due to the wrong/insufficient address or unclaimed, are ALL subject to 10% re-stocking fee when customers request a cancellation on the orders.

Does BeautyFluff charge sales tax?

BeautyFluff charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to New York only.  Sales tax are calculated before any instant savings are applied. 


New York residents are charged according to their state and/or local tax rate. Please note that the sales tax for New York orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
