Shipping Costs & Policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when an order is placed depending on the weight, destination and shipping method.  The postal authority becomes responsible for getting the package to you in good condition.

Domestic Orders offers free ground shipping for retail customers within the United States (not including APO/FPO Addresses) on all orders, shipped via USPS as our free shipping option.

Paid Expedited Shipping Services are available via USPS or FedEx.

International Orders

For International orders, insurance are included automatically.  Please do allow up to 30 business days for orders to arrive to take into account local customs policies and postal delivery scheduling.  We do not hold the responsibility for any custom charges, delays, or confiscated packages once the shipment has left the U.S., tracking information will be available upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of your country’s custom regulations, Import/Export restrictions, and prohibited products. All prohibited/confiscated packages will not be refunded, and will only be re-shipped at the customer’s request/expense once the package has been returned to us.

When will my product be shipped?

Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. For all back-ordered products, we will contact you via email for delays or exchange options.

When will I receive my order?

For Domestic Orders (US only):


·         USPS Express Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

·         USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

·         USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is business 2-5 days.

·        FedEx Ground: Delivery up to 5 business days.

·        FedEx 3 Day: Delivery to businesses by 4:30 pm in 3 business days (by 7 pm to residences).

·        FedEx 2Day: Delivery by 4:30 pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 pm to residences).

·        FedEx First Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 8:00 am for A1 areas (most major metropolitan areas) Monday – Friday

·        FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by10:30 am for AA areas, 12 noon for AM areas, and 4:30 pm for PM areas

·        FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 pm to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 pm to rural areas

* FedEx does not deliver to PO BOX addresses. If you choose a PO BOX as your Shipping Address, the order will be sent with USPS.

 The shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

USPS Express Mail International®:     3-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail® International:       6-10 business days

USPS First-Class Mail® International:     7-21 business days

* It can take up to 30 business days depending on customs and postal services in the country of destination. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any local customs or duties incurred.

APO Addresses (US only) All orders addressed to an APO Address are shipped USPS Domestic Services in order to guarantee delivery. Orders shipped to APO addresses may not be shipped via USPS Express. For further information visit:



BeautyFluff Return/Exchange Policy

All merchandise purchased from * may be returned or exchanged with a valid sales receipt by e-mail within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* NO RETURNS on used cosmetic/personal care/skin care products due to personal  hygienic reasons,  these products are personal care items, and should be used by one individual only. NO RETURNS on any holiday/seasonal products. 

Exchanges: Customer can only exchange products if the product is new and sealed/or defective. The exchange or refund will be issued based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt), except for shipping and handling fees. No exchanges or refunds will be given on open box items.

All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the return item(s). Any packages are returned due to the wrong/insufficient address or unclaimed, are ALL subject to 10% re-stocking fee when customers request a cancellation on the orders.
